A.No.6645 of 2019 in C.S.No.503 of 2012 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the present application has been filed to amend the address of the defendants from No.0/1 Teynampet, Ramasamy Street, Kondithope, Chennai 600 079 to No.0/1 Teynampet, Ramasamy Street, Konditope, Chennai 600 079 and also at No.20 Bommuchetty Street, Park Town, Chennai 600 003 in C.S.No.503 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant submitted that the respondent has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides counsel, the application is ordered.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint and post the matter on 24.09.2019.
