(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The Writ Petition is heard through video conferencing.

2. Heard Mr.D.Raja Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent based on her representation, dated 30.10.2021.

4. The petitioner would state that third respondent, who is her neighbour is putting up unauthorised construction, hence a complaint was given to the respondents 1 and 2, but no action has been taken sofar.

5. The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas would state that the Assistant Executive Engineer, Unit 40, Zone 13 of Greater Chennai Corporation has issued notice not only to the third respondent, but also to the petitioner calling upon them to produce the plan particulars. Based on their response, the officials of the Greater Chennai Corporation would take further action.

6. Recording the submissions of the learned Senior Standing Counsel, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
