This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15765 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
