When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing 1/3

for both sides represented that already order has been passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.1906, 3621 and 8444 of 2017 in respect of this matter and inquiry order under Section 81 of the Act itself was quashed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and the present Civil Revision petition becomes infructuous. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced the copy of the order of this Court.

2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as 'infructuous' as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs.
