ORDER

This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the final order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7403 of 2023. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.7403 of 2023, seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent in Letter No.024121/MV3/AVPOK/2022 dated 18.11.2022 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to calculate the continuity of service from the date of the petitioner's appointment (i.e.,) 31.05.1995 and grant benefits accordingly and this Court, vide order, dated 03.03.2025 dismissed the said Writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum with regard to the date of regularization and for appropriate relief in the manner known law. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Review application.

3. Review applications can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records or clerical error. In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner raised issue on the factual aspect which cannot be entertained by way of the present Review application and a new ground which has not been canvassed cannot be the basis for filing the review application. Hence, this Court is of the view that, the prayer Page No.2 of 4

sought for by the petitioner cannot be acceded to and is liable to be dismissed.
