This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhi Mandram (Fast Tract Mahila Court), Villupuram vide SC.No.118 of 2019 dated 28.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 70 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
