Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the office of the 1st respondent to recall its notification dated on 25.07.2022 on empanelment of valuers and its letter dated 31.10.2022 and direct the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th respondents to fix the 2/5
minimum valuation fees payable for the valuers to Rs.8000/- and should frame all eligibility criteria and other justified terms and conditions on empanelling process of valuvers in valuation profession and to strictly adhered regulatory bodies instructions such us the fees scheduled by the Union Government of India notified in the year of 2009 should be carried out and followed herewith based on the representation dated 26.08.2022.
