2. In this miscellaneous petition, an order of Interim injunction was granted on 14.10.2022 until further orders. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now without any further orders. Hence, the interim order already granted by this court is made absolute.

3.The Registry is directed to remove the caption 'for dismissal' and post the second appeal for arguments on 17.06.2025.
