C.M.P.No.18934 of 2022 C.M.P.No.18934 of 2022 in S.A.No.599 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased 4th appellant namely, Devaki, wife of Nagaraj, Murugan, son of Nagaraj as appellants 8 and 9 in the above second appeal and bring on record the legal representative of 4th appellant namely Vijaya, daughter of Nagaraj as 3rd respondent in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
