No. 15726
of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 by considering the representation dated 21.03.2025 and order in W.P. No. 1229 of 2024 with dated 23.01.2024 in time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the notional promotion to the petitioner as Forest Guard on par with juniors by including their name in the panel drawn for the year 2003- 2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension (Petitioner service was regularized on par with Juniors only now ) and in the light of order passed by this High Court in W.P. No. 15726 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 by considering the representation dated 21.03.2025 and order in W.P. No. 1229 of 2024 with dated 23.01.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent a representation on 21.03.2025 claiming notional promotion on par with his immediate junior and such representation is pending with the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Advocate would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within a reasonable time.
4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 21.03.2024 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
