The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025, wherein and whereby he seeks permission to re-open and occupy the residential flat.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also taking note of the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4
