(CRIME NO.1071/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every First and Third Monday at 10.30.am. until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.MP.No. 8086/2020 in Crl.OP.No. 12170/2020 dated 17.12.2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12170 of 2020 on 21.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police has filed a charge sheet in SC.No.67 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai District and the same was taken on file.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. without fail.
