2. Heard M/s.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.Murugan, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 84 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.91464 of 2022 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.Murugan, learned counsel for the first respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
