Crl.M.P.No.12185 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1654 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.12185 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1654 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.M.P.No.20206 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1654 of 2023 dated 29.12.2023.

2.This Court, by order dated 29.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.20206 of 2023 granted suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is a college going student and due to the condition imposed, he is unable to attend the seminar and special classes in the college. Further, the petitioner's appearance before the respondent police is being noticed by his friends, which is causing stigma to him. It is the case of love affair and the case is now pending at the stage of appeal before this Court, hence, no purpose would be solved for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police. M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J.
