The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to measure and survey the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.429/43A, 45A, at Morai Village, Avadi Region, Tiruvallur District. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's land has already been measured and therefore, no further orders are required in this matter. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1792/2022/Aa2 dated 12.10.2022 to that effect, before this Court.

3. The above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
