ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2021.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner was the expresident of the Parents Teacher Association and he was illegally removed by the third respondent and also the third respondent is collecting exorbitant funds from each of the students and being utilized for their own purpose. Hence, representation is being sent to the first respondent which is pending without consideration. Thus, seeks for a direction.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that enquiry was conducted and report is also received from the second respondent on 15.06.2022 and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to conduct an 2/4

enquiry and conclude the proceedings sent by second respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
