2. Today, when this matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that Chargesheet has been filed on 12.10.2022 before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in C.C.No.2776 of 2022. The said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
