In an earlier earlier occasion, in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.18872 of 2018, the Corporation took a stand that the license granted to the third respondent has been blocked. In the counter also a specific stand has been taken in this regard. The counter has been filed on 23.04.2021.
2. Whereas, the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner submitted that on 21.02.2019 his license has been renewed by the corporation. Whereas, the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation disputed the same.
3. In such view of the matter, the Corporation is directed to file a detailed counter in this regard. The third respondent is also directed file an affidavit to the effect that how he was inducted into the possession of the property and from which date, he is occupying the premises.
4. Besides, fresh notice to the second respondent. Private notice is also permitted.
