2. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal.

3. From the E-Diary extract produced, it is seen that the applications have been filed by the defendants with the sole object of protracting the proceedings. In view of the same and considering the age of the suit, there will be a direction to the trial Court viz., Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal (Additional District Judge, Namakkla) to dispose of the suit within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
