This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioners for appearing before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15768 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioners are directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
