Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the arrears of salary had been paid through Electronic Clearance for a sum of Rs.8,66,055/- dated 23.02.2022.
2. In view of the payment made, the disobedience cannot be termed as wilful. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
