Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021 to remove the wrong entries in the 1st respondent's registry in respect of the petitioner's property bearing survey No.284/4 and allow to register the sale deed of the same.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021 to remove the wrong entries in the first respondent's registry in respect of the petitioner's property bearing survey No.284/4 and allow to register the sale deed of the same.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
