ORDER

The above Transfer petition is filed by the husband seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.272 of 2016 filed by him on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge Trichirappalli to the file of the Family Court Mannargudi, to be tried along with *O.P.No.83 of 2021, filed by the respondent/wife for restitution of Conjugal Rights.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent had entered into appearance has said he has no objection for the petition being ordered.

The Transferred Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly allowed and H.M.O.P.No.272 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Court Trichirappalli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court Mannargudi, to be tried along with *O.P.No.83 of 2021,. Family Court is directed to dispose of the above H.M.O.P. by 31.09.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
