This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 249 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the order in Crl.M.P.No.189/2022 dated 16.09.2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Thiruvarur.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
