(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Being aggrieved by the common order made in W.P.No.28969 of 2018, and other writ petitions, dated 04.03.2019, instant W.A.Sr.No.113279 of 2019, is filed.

2. Seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the common order in W.P.No.28969 of 2018, dated 04.03.2019, C.M.P.No.19597 of 2019, is filed.

3. Reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit are that, though the appellant applied for certified copy, he is yet to receive. Hence, he has filed a web copy of the common order dated 04.03.2019 in W.P.Nos.28969 of 2018 etc batch.
