ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the second respondent in STC No.27/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court, Thiruvannamalai).

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (ML) Tiruvannamalai has issued the NBW on 30.03.2022, on account of absence of the accused/second respondent. He further submitted that the respondent police have taken effective steps to secure the the accused, however, since the address found in the warrant is not correct, they are unable to execute the warrant. He also submitted that, if correct address is given, the respondent police are ready to execute the warrant, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to give correct address of the accused/second respondent to the respondent police, so as to enable

them to execute the warrant. On receipt of correct address of the accused, the first respondent is directed to execute the NBW issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thiruannamalai in STC No.27/2018, without any further delay.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
