Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that when the case came up for hearing on earlier occasion on 14.11.2024, this Court had adjourned the case to verify whether the Respondent engaged any Counsel on their behalf. Today, 29.11.2024, also names of the Respondents appears in the cause list.

2. Considering the Respondents had not engaged any Counsel, the delay of 27 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a reasonable period of 10 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
