These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent- Appasamy (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent - Appasamy (iii) to bring on the record, Pichaiyammal, Sree Dhandapani, Sankarayanan, Balanandhakumar, Nagaraj and Sriayyammal on record as the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.Appasamy, S/o. Late Pavaiah, 1st Respondent as respondents 19 to 24 in S.A.No.999 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter on 08.08.2025.
