This petition is filed to condone the delay of 109 days in fling the present appeal under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the impugned order dt.07.02.2023 passed in A.No.76/2023 in Arbitration Case No.405/2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 109 days in filing the appeal is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
