Respondents in all the WPs Common Prayer : The Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022, 09.06.2022, 17.08.2022 and 13.06.2022 respectively and to intervene in this matter and enable the petitioners to do business without any hindrance and direct the 3rd respondent to give protection as and when required.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that the representation of the petitioners dated 13.06.2022, 09.06.2022, 17.08.2022 and 13.06.2022 respectively are available with the third respondent. He further submitted that after enquiry, the police provided 2 beat officers for routine check up. It is now under pending enquiry.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.06.2022, 09.06.2022, 17.08.2022 and 13.06.2022 respectively on merit and take action in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the parties including the proposed respondent in WMP.SR.No.114115 of 2022 namely VLS (P) Ltd., Thozhilalar Vazhvurimaisangam.
