1. This CMP is filed to condone the delay of 147 days, in filing the above Writ Appeal, against the common order dated 07.07.2023 made in WP.No.1046 of 2016.

2. This Court heard Mr.A.Vinothraj, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, who accepts notice for the Respondents 2 to 4.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this CMP, this CMP is allowed, as prayed for.
