Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial court in the judgment dated 27.08.2021 made in S.C.No.161/2019 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri and enlarge the petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.639 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
