Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order made in 156(3) Cr.P.C. petition in C.M.P.No.868 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem and consequently direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint lodged against the respondent 2 and 3 dated 02.08.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.

ORDER
This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.868 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file suit before the competent civil court and workout the remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
