Petitioner Association has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to forbear the Respondents from disturbing the parking area of their members at No.22C, Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai 600 032 and for a consequential direction to the Respondents to consider their representation dated 03.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the members of the Petitioner Association are using the parking area at No.22C, Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai for more than 43 years as per the allotment order dated 17.05.1988 of the 1st Respondent and the Association has been paying rent to the 2nd Respondent for the same. He went on to state that, the Officials of the 2nd Respondent directed the members of the Petitioner Association to vacate the parking area without any reasons and no order of cancellation of allotment was passed by the Respondents. Hence, in respect of their grievance, the Petitioner Association made a representation dated 03.12.2021 to the Respondents and the same is pending consideration. 4.
Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.27914 of 2021 is closed.
