ORDER

This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on Bail in the event of Arrest in Crime.No.251 of 2025, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Veppur Police Station, Cuddalore District.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had quarrel with the defacto complainant at that time defacto complainant's father/deceased Muthulingam comes to rescue his sons at that time they had also quarrelled with the defacto complainant father and therafter they dispersed from the place. Thereafter, the defacto complainant found his father was died by hanging in roof of house. Hence, the case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner married the defacto complainant and they were doing agriculture. On 11.07.2025 the defacto complainant went to market to sell Gingerly seeds cultivated in his land, the sale amount was credited in the first petitioner' account. When the defacto complainant asked about the said credited amount

there was a quarrel arose between them. Subsequently, first petitioner went to his parents' house and thereafter the petitioners had quarrelled with the defacto complainant, due to which, defacto complainant's father committed suicide. There was family dispute between the parties. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners 2 to 7. In respect of first the petitioner the learned counsel not press the petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that there was wordy quarrel among the family members and the investigation is almost completed. However, he prays to dimiss this petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that all the parties are family members and investigation is almost completed. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner to the petitioners 2 to 7.

5.1. In respect of first petitioner, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. 6.Accordingly, the petitioners 2 to 7 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Judicial Magistrate No.V,

Vellore, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:

[a] the petitioners 2 to 7 and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity. [b] the petitioners 3, 4 and 5 are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m for a period of 8 weeks and others petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

[c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial. [d] the petitioners 2 to 7 shall not abscond either during

investigation or trial.

[e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].

[f] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 BNS.
