O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to take appropriate action as per law and also provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.02.2016 and direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to monitor and to investigate the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The petitioner appears to have borrowed a huge amount from the opposite party and in order to avoid payment, he has lodged a complaint on 02.12.2015 seeking police protection. The respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the case. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
