This Court, by its order dated 30.08.2022 after recording the submissions of the learned counsels for respondents 7 to 9 who had stated no objection for implementation of the order dated 06.04.2022 passed by the second respondent, had disposed of the said writ petition by directing the respective parties to follow the time schedule for doing fishing activities as per their customary practice.

According to the petitioners, as seen from the modification petition in W.M.P. No.25984 of 2022, since this Court had directed the respective parties to follow the time schedule for doing fishing activities as per their customary practice, the respondents by interpreting the word "customary practice" have prevented the petitioners from going for fishing as per the order dated 06.04.2022 passed by the second respondent. 3.

Necessarily, the official respondents will have to implement the order dated 06.04.2022 passed by the second respondent and permit both the petitioners as well as the private

respondents to go for fishing as per the said order. They cannot prevent any of the parties from going for fishing. Since it is clarified by this Court, there is no requirement for this Court to pass any further orders in the modification petition in W.M.P. No.25984 of 2022.

With the aforesaid observation, this modification petition in W.M.P. No.25984 of 2022 is disposed of. 06.12.2022 mmi
