This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.L.Poomalai, learned counsel for appellant.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil miscellaneous appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant Insurance company, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
