The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498-A of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.48 of 2016 as no further action is required.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
