This petition has been filed to relax until further orders condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 am imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.17860 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
