This application is filed to permit the Plaintiff to delete the address of the 1st Defendant and the 2nd defendant as Representative and Designated Partner of Greeno Packaging LLP, KHASARA No.161, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha

Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201 310 and instead add as F.No.8 New 81 V Pragatisheel CGHS Vasundhara Enclave, Mayur Vihar PH 1, II East Delhi, Delhi 110 096 in the long cause title, short cause title and in the statement of address.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons assigned therein, this application is ordered.

3. Necessary amendments shall be carried out and on carrying out amendments and on filing of the amended copy of the plaint by the plaintiff, issue fresh summons to the defendants returnable by 04.09.2025. The plaintiff is also permitted to serve private summons on the defendants. 07-08-2025 dsa
