No.38/Goonda/2021 dated 23.10.2021 passed by the second respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenu Hari Ganesh aged 21 years S/o. Sivaperumal who is presently confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., and A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Crl.M.P. No.38/Goonda/2021 dated 23.10.2021, detaining her son as "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.5915, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 02.12.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
