ORDER

As the petitioner's husband, namely, Palani died on 03.12.2007, she made a representation dated 21.09.2016 before the respondents, seeking issuance of legal heir certificate in her name and her children's name to claim the movable and immovable properties of the deceased Palani. But, the said representation dated 21.09.2016 is pending before the respondents for consideration. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents, to pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
