This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms. 1023 Education Science and Technology dated 9.12.93 to him by considering his representation dated 10.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.A.No.1233 of 2014 and M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.A.No.1234 of 2014, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2015 and dispose of the same.

4.In view of the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
