This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 129 days in filing this revision petition against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu in Crl.MP.No.2894 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 129 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
