Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to lock and seal the unauthorized building situated at site No.B-10, B-11, comprised in survey No.807 situated at Jeeva Nagar, 34th ward, Nehru Nagar East, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore and consequently take steps to demolish the building which construction made without obtain proper permission from the local authority, as per the Coimbaore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981 and Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2019.
