This petition has been filed seeking clarification of the order dated 25.02.2020 passed in C.M.P.No.4470 of 2020.

2. This Court by order dated 20.09.2023 clarified the stay order granted by this Court on 25.02.2020 and extended the stay till 18.10.2023. Therefore, no further orders are required in this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.20887 of 2023 is closed.
