ORDER
The Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 07.11.2016 in Page No.1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Contempt Petition No.1213 of 2017 W.P.No.40945 of 2015. This Court passed an order as follows; "3.Hence, following the above said order of this Court, this Writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent consider the case of the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders, in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.656, Labour and Employment, dated 29.06.1978 as well as the Board Proceedings vide B.P.Per(FB) No.3, Administrative Branch, dated 25.01.1990, with regard to providing suitable employment to a family member of the petitioners in the Electricity Board, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."
2. The learned counsel for the respondent now furnished the copy of the proceedings dated 16.08.2018 stating that the orders of this Court has been implemented and the Authorities have taken a decision and passed orders. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition stands closed. 01.07.2022 Index :
