Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 seeking transfer from Government Dindigul Medical College and Hospital, Dindigul to Government Medical College Hospital, Tiruchirapalli, on deputation or for administrative reasons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given representation on 16.04.2025 seeking deputation from Dindigul to Tiruchirapalli and such representation is pending with the respondents.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
