This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.S.Vinodh Kumar, learned Counsel for Government (Crl.Side) appearing for 1st respondent on instructions submitted that after completing investigation, the respondent police filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.67 of 2019. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
